Blooming Sky Florist is a luxury floral studio based in Miami, Florida, specializing in handcrafted floral arrangements, floral gifts, and bespoke floral decoration services.

Our products are thoughtfully designed using carefully selected flowers and materials.

2. Products & Availability

All floral arrangements are individually handcrafted.

Because flowers are natural and seasonal products, variations in shape, color, size, and availability may occur.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure the delivered product closely reflects the arrangement shown on our website.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

3. Flower Substitution Policy

When particular flower varieties or materials are unavailable, Blooming Sky Florist may use suitable substitutions of equal or greater value.

Our designers will make every reasonable effort to preserve the arrangement's original style, color palette, size, and overall aesthetic.

If a specific flower is essential, please contact us before ordering.

4. Pricing & Payment

All website prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD), unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable delivery fees and taxes are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is confirmed for fulfillment.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or product information errors. If such an error affects an order, we will contact the customer to arrange a suitable resolution.

5. Delivery Services

We provide delivery seven days a week throughout Miami-Dade County, Broward County, and selected surrounding areas.

Our standard delivery window is 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Eastern Time).

Standard delivery fees are:

• Local Miami: $39.

• Other Miami-Dade and Broward locations: $45.

• Extended-distance deliveries: Starting at $75.

Delivery charges and availability depend on the recipient's location.

Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by Blooming Sky Florist.

6. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be received and confirmed at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time to qualify for a standard full refund.

Orders canceled within 24 hours of scheduled delivery are not ordinarily eligible for refunds.

Orders already dispatched or delivered cannot be canceled.

Custom orders and large-scale floral installations may have separately agreed cancellation terms.

7. Refunds & Replacements

Fresh flowers are perishable products, and completed purchases are generally final sale.

If an arrangement arrives damaged or has a significant quality issue, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will review the concern and may arrange an appropriate replacement.

Where an issue cannot be resolved, store credit may be offered. Monetary refunds will be issued where required by law or otherwise approved.

8. Recipient Availability

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring that the recipient can receive their order.

If a recipient is unavailable, our delivery team may contact the recipient, coordinate with an authorized person, or contact the sender for instructions.

Delivery failures caused by incorrect information or recipient unavailability may result in additional charges and do not automatically qualify for refunds.

9. Custom Orders & Event Services

Wedding arrangements, floral installations, and other bespoke services may require separate quotations, deposits, timelines, and agreements.

Specific terms will be communicated before the customer confirms a custom booking.

10. Flower Care & Quality

Fresh flowers require proper handling and care.

Customers should follow the care instructions supplied with their arrangements, including maintaining appropriate water levels and protecting flowers from excessive heat.

We cannot guarantee flower longevity when deterioration results from improper care or storage after delivery.

11. Website Use

Customers agree to use our website lawfully and provide accurate information when placing orders.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where reasonably necessary due to suspected fraud, technical errors, product unavailability, or inability to complete delivery, subject to applicable law.

12. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Intellectual Property

Original text, photographs, designs, branding, and other website content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Unauthorized commercial reproduction is prohibited.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Blooming Sky Florist is not responsible for delays or service interruptions arising from circumstances reasonably beyond our control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer rights or legal remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Florida and the United States, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
